Regatta Registration
The Lo Pagán Marina is located in the province of Murcia, in the municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar.
North of the Mar Menor, between the Lo Pagán fishing pier and Villananitos beach.
It is located in a summer area, which in recent times, and especially due to the good weather, has become a sometimes quiet and sometimes bustling urban area.
We currently have more than 400 members and we have a new building in the club where our members can carry out a social activity.
- The owner or skipper accepts and assumes any responsibility that may arise from the construction of his boat and its rigging, from its safety conditions, from compliance with current provisions, both from the Marine authorities and from the sports authorities and from what may occur because of not strictly complying with what is established.
- The owner must have the boat dispatched according to regulations and with the corresponding rescue material on board. He is also obliged to carry civil liability insurance on board his yacht for a minimum amount of 336,000 euros, which also covers the boat's participation in regattas. And possess the necessary qualification to participate in the regatta.
- With this declaration, the Lo Pagán Nautical Club, Sailing Federation, as well as the Regatta Committee and its Protest Committee, and any other individual or legal entity that participates in the organization of this Regatta for any title, assuming at your own expense any damage or loss that may be a consequence of the participation of your boat in these tests.
